In Claiming an Education by Adrienne Rich I remeber it only been a couple of decades since women were allowed (without a struggle) to be addmited into a college to earn degrees to make something of themselves in society. The article bascially made me realized on the fact (like were I am now) in college women did not have just until feminism took place in the womens movement. Women studies is genrally new because form the articles many colleges did not offer sough a topic until recently in the past years. The article helps bring in my preseptive a look out and look back on letting female in an education setting that we must remember and uphold our morals and ethics in the subject of gaining earning like males an education. Woman can not be put down or let out on learning necessary. If so happen the situations comes up you fight for the right given as a “right” and not as a previlege after that is what equality is all about” taking responsibility towards your selves” is the idea to always keep in mind. No one should control is what the authors adds in be your own person and keep conrol of that always in life.
